Mind Farmers is an entity created for and dedicated to the cause of "holistic education" - integrating academics with psychological, social, spiritual and physical development of children. We are a young team of professionals engaged in detailed research in education, particularly the schooling process and its far reaching impact on an individual. It is our endeavor to nurture the young minds like a farmer, who works hard to make the soil fertile.
‘Mind Farmers’ believes that each mind is just a seed and we as a farmer provide a space, an environment, an acceptance, a belief, a soil for it to grow naturally and help in setting it free to follow the passion while at the same time understanding role and responsibilities towards the world at large.
We have been working with children, parents and teachers – individuals as well as groups for the last 5 years. In the journey so far, we have diversified into the roles of a trainer, designer, counselor, facilitator and co-coordinator.
The philosophy, at Mind Farmers draws most of its inspiration from mother nature. For us, every child is unique and equally precious – just like every creation of nature is! And just as nature ensures survival of its creatures by providing them the requisite characteristics and unique environmental features we believe in facilitating the learning process of each child as per his/her unique abilities and preferences.
Our ideology is to enable children to preserve their basic nature – to explore, discover, experiment, innovate and create. This in turn is possible by giving them the freedom to follow their dreams and interests. We would love to shape the young minds into compassionate human beings rather than just being ready for the corporate world.
